We will be featured on News Channel 2's "Positively Tennessee."

We would like to thank Julie Kroenig with WKRN News Channel 2 in Middle Tennessee for coming to see us this morning. She does an awesome job and we really like her segment called "Positively Tennessee" in which they tell the story of things going positive even in a difficult economy.

The show will air tomorrow night at either 4, 5, or 6pm. We will post the video link here once we have it.

Inspection Complete!

We had our inspection 5-11-10 and passed with a 98. We are now a Certified Domestic Kitchen. Come see us at the Rutherford County Farmer's Market every other Tuesday and Friday.

Almost there . . .

We have been approved by the state of Tn and are anxiously waiting our home inspection to be a fully licensed Domestic Kitchen. We should be at the Rutherford County Farmer's Market when they start their season May 14th. We are looking into also being at the Nashville Farmer's Market.

Also, we plan to have our chocolate into Whole Foods by the end of summer. Please let us know if you have suggestions for where to sell our chocolates.

3rd times a charm

We shipped out three order on Tuesday to CA, WA, and PA. Orders were sent with dry ice and gel packs. The chocolate arrived cool and retained its shape. So it looks like we are finally ready to move forward and start selling our chocolate.
